90-Day Defect Warranty
Our return policy is strictly limited to items that are defective or damaged upon arrival or through normal use.
* Timeline: You are eligible for a return or replacement within 90 days of the delivery date.
* What is Covered: Genuine manufacturing defects, hardware failures, or items damaged during transit.
* What is Not Covered: We do not accept returns for "change of mind," accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Return Process
* Report the Issue: Email GREEDTONE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a clear photo or video of the defect.
* Verification: Our team will review the claim within 2 business days.
* Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
